Dr. Geoffrey Bossio is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. Dr. Bossio began his medical training as Emergency Medical Technician, where he received honors for his service in the search and rescue efforts in New York City, following the events of September 11, 2001 attack.
Upon graduating, Dr. Bossio became an associate chiropractor under the tutelage of current American Chiropractic Association president Keith Overland, DC, CCSP, in Norwalk, CT. Dr. Bossio is currently a clinical reviewer, where he utilizes the most current research and evidence-based guidelines in his medical determinations for a diverse spectrum of medical treatments for industrial based injuries.
His desire to develop and provide personalized quality healthcare with an emphasis on preventive measures and patient education has been Dr. Bossio’s motivating factor for continued education as he is currently working towards the completion of his Diplomate American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board (DACRB) specialty. Dr. Bossio has provided chiropractic treatments for professional athletes within the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, American National Rugby League, as well as amateur, collegiate and high school athletes.
